Why shirts are hard to buy online
Shirts are the most returned item in most wardrobes, and almost always for the same two reasons: it pulls somewhere it should not, or it is boxy where the photo looked fitted. Product shots are steamed, clipped and shot on a body chosen to flatter the cut.
What a try-on actually shows you

- Whether a "relaxed" cut reads relaxed or oversized on your frame
- How a pattern scales against your body — stripes and checks change entirely
- Sleeve length relative to your arms

Getting a good result
